PSVR Headset Leather Cracking

Some users have reported getting their scratches on the lenses of their PSVR as well as the faux leather material used to cover the cushion area of the headset has begun to crack and fall away.  For me, the lenses are not cracked, or scratched except for a few minor scratches but the leather material has almost completely fallen off.
