Dishonored 2 Dynamic Themes (3 NEW FREE PS4)

Bethesda has released 3 new dynamic themes free on the PS4 via the PSN.  However, people are reporting problems downloading any o the themes.  The error users are reporting on the PS4 is: An error occurred on the server. (CE-38606-3), Cannot add the following content to [Downloads]

2 NEW, FREE PS4 Static Themes Available for Download (VIDEO)

Sony has given us 2 new free ps4 static themes via the PSN.  Here they are, first is Qurare: Magic Library and the second it a theme for the upcoming gaming "The Tomorrow Children".  The videos below shows a closer look at both themes.  Qurare comes with theme music, an anime style theme song, however The Tomorrow Children theme has no custom music, just he standard PS4 menu theme.
